If you have a valid c-lines provided by us and do not connect, please first check your receiver setting
Restart your receiver and your internet connection
Turn off your router firewall ( it can block the c-lines )
Make sure the receiver have access to the internet.
Make sure CCcam is running or the c-lines are activated in your receiver.
If after this steps the c-lines still not connect, send us an email with your c-lines for support.
